02 · Develop a plan, when appropriate
The early months often involve diagnostic assessment, lifestyle education, and treatment decisions. The plan also supports work between visits: ordering and reviewing tests, adjusting medications, preparing educational materials, and handling medication prior authorizations, denials, and appeals when needed as part of your care.
Three months gives us time to put recommendations into practice, assess your response, and adjust the plan. Treatment response and timing vary by patient.
03 · Continue when helpful
Six medical follow-up appointments, 30 minutes each, over six months.

Optional · Billed separately

Individual sessions are $200 each. After the initial acupuncture visit, a five-session package is available for $750 ($150 per session).
Acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha sessions are not included in either medical plan’s total. Your practitioner recommends the approaches appropriate for your session.

Yes. Individual medical follow-ups are $250–$500, depending on duration. We can discuss whether individual visits or a comprehensive care plan better fits your anticipated needs.
The Three-Month Comprehensive Care Plan includes the 80-minute initial consultation within its $2,100 total. It is not $2,100 plus the cost of that consultation. If you first pay $500 for a standalone 50-minute consultation and later enroll in the Three-Month Comprehensive Care Plan, your $500 payment is credited toward the $2,100 plan total.
Acupuncture, cupping, and gua sha sessions, herbal products, supplements, laboratory tests, imaging, and other separately billed services are additional. We review anticipated additional costs before enrollment and discuss recommended services as your care develops.
For patients who need ongoing care, three months allows time for assessment, education, treatment adjustments, and review of progress. Your needs and response guide the plan; improvement within a particular timeframe is not guaranteed.
These approaches are considered according to your needs and preferences. Acupuncture is optional and billed separately. Herbal consultation is included as described above; herbal products and supplements are additional.
Before enrollment, we review anticipated additional costs and payment and cancellation terms. Your enrollment agreement contains the full terms.
